摘  要:病例导入教学方法是一种以病例为基础的教学方法。在急诊医学教学过程中引入实际病例,并将病例贯穿整个教学过程,注重突出急诊特色。通过教师与学生的讨论,提高学生的学习兴趣,增加真实感,有助于培养学生的临床思维能力、提高教学效果,为医学生到临床医生的角色转换打好基础。Case introduced teaching method is a method which based on clinical case. Case introduced teaching method is introducing true cases in theory teaching and using it throughout all the teaching process. In this process, the emergency characteristics is emphasized. The student’s interest in learning is improved significantly by discussing the true cases with teacher. Taking part in the patient’s diagnosis and therapy made the students have the sense of reality. This is helpful to the cultivation of students' clinical thinking ability and is a good foundation for the role conversion form a medical student to a clinician.
