摘　　要：在中国盐务史上,民国初期盐务改革的影响之深,范围之广是少有的。讨论民初盐务改革时,不免要涉及对丁恩一类"客卿"作用的评价。文章对丁恩在民国初期盐务改期所起的作用做了全面的分析。Officers responsible for salt in Chinese history, the influence of the reform in the early of the republic of China special, broad scope, is one of the few. Discussing officers responsible for salt in the early days of reform, unavoidably involves to the dean of evaluation ＂he worked tirelessly＂ role. In this paper, the dean in the early of the republic of China special rescheduled the role of made a comprehensive analysis.
