摘　　要：自然科技资源服务平台是制约国家科技基础平台发展和运行的关键,是国家制定科技发展战略、社会各界参与资源共享的重要依托。本文综合报道了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》实施以来,我国自然科技资源服务平台的任务部署、进展和成效,以及许多领域专家提出的对策建议。Natural science and technology resources and services platform is a key to restrict the development and operation of national science and technology base platform. It is an important relying on countries to develop science and technology development strategy, community participation in resource sharing.It reported since the implementation of the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan Outline（2006-2020）, deployment tasks, progress and effectiveness of China＇s natural science and technology resources and services platform and many measures and recommendations of experts.
