China has Made Significant Progrsses in Construction of National Standards,Measurement and Testing Technology System

摘　　要：国家标准、计量和检测技术体系是我国科技基础条件平台建设与共享体系的重点,对完善实物资源、扩充信息资源、开展前沿和高端研究方面具有重要推动作用。本文对《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》中国家标准、计量和检测技术体系这一优先主题的任务部署、实施进展和成效以及许多领域专家的对策建议进行了综合报道。National standards, measurement and testing technology system is the focus of China＇s science and technology infrastructure platform construction and sharing system.It plays an important role in improving the physical resources, the expansion of information resources and conducting frontier research. It reported deployment tasks, progress in implementation and effectiveness task as well as suggestions of many field experts of national standards, measurement and testing technology system which is the priority theme in the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Developraent Plan Outline.
