摘  要:深部油气资源的勘探与开发已成为当今解决石油资源短缺的一个重要途径。多极子阵列声波测井仪(MPAL)是新一代声波测井仪器。但目前国内多极子阵列声波测井仪一般只能用到150℃左右的环境温度,远远不能满足深部(大于5000米)油气勘探的需要。多年来,高温高稳定压电陶瓷材料难以取得实质性突破一直是制约我国高端声波测井仪器发展的主要技术瓶颈。中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所针对锆钛酸铅〔Pb(Zr1-x Ti x)O3,PZT〕和偏铌酸铅(Pb Nb2O6)两类压电陶瓷在高温应用中急需突破的技术难题,开展了压电陶瓷组成设计新方法研究和制备技术创新研究,经过多年的持续攻关,成功研制出了具有完全自主知识产权的高温高稳定PZT和Pb Nb2O6压电陶瓷,满足了声波测井仪器深部油气勘探的需求,并取得了一系列创新性成果,推动了我国声波测井的技术进步。Exploration and development of deep oil and gas resources has become an important way to solve the shortage of petroleum resources. Multi-pole array acoustic logging instrument is a new generation of acoustic logging tool, such as Atlas Copco DAC, MAC and Scblumberger DSL. At present domestic multi-pole array acoustic logging instrument is generally only used at about 150℃ and cannot meet the need of deep oil and gas exploration (〉5000 meters).For many years the main technical bottleneck to restrict the development of China's high-end acoustic logging tool is that high temperature and stable piezoelectric materials have not made substantive breakthrough. The researchers of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences aimed at the main technical problems existed in the high temperature applications of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) and lead niobate (PbNb206) and made researches on composition design method and preparation technology innovation. After hard work of many years, they successfully developed high temperature and very stable PZT and PbNb206 piezoelectric ceramics with completely independent intellectual property which meet the needs of acoustic logging instrument of deep oil and gas exploration, achieved a series of innovative achievements and promoted the technological progress of sonic logging in our country.
