摘  要:对国产Super304H钢管(包括原始状态管、服役12 000h和34 000h的运行管)进行了常规试验,包括拉伸、冲击、硬度、金相检验。结果表明:国产Super304H原始管的各项性能指标均符合相关标准的要求;随着服役时间的延长,运行管拉伸性能和硬度的变化幅度不大,但冲击韧度却出现明显下降,且焊缝的冲击韧度明显较母材的低;冲击韧度的急剧下降与碳化物在晶界上的大量析出和聚集有密切关系。The domestic Super304H tube in original and service state(approx. 12 000 h and 34 000 h) was researched through the tensile test, impact test, hardness test and metallographic examination. The test results indicate that the mechanical properties of domestic Super304H tube fulfilled the requirements of related standards. With the service time passing, the tensile strength and hardness had little change, while the impact toughness declined obviously. The impact toughness of welding seam was much lower than that of base material. The steep decline in impact toughness was related closely to the precipitation and accumulation of carbide along the grain boundary.
