摘 要:针对某气田天然气站场典型管件直角弯头内腐蚀严重减薄的现象,首先利用CFD软件进行管件内部流场分析,然后对切割试样内壁腐蚀产物进行了扫描电镜分析及XRD物相分析,再对管件焊缝热影响区进行了金相检验及其材料的化学成分分析。综合分析结果表明:该管件腐蚀的直接原因是水沉积产生的二氧化碳腐蚀与高流速下的冲刷腐蚀,间接原因是焊接缺陷促使腐蚀过程加速。Based on the internal corrosion of the square elbow of one typical pipe fitting from a gas fleid, the flow field of pipe fitting was analyzed by the method of CFD software FLUENT, and the morphology and composition of corrosion product was analyzed through EDS and XRD. At the same time, the study was carried on the metallographie analysis of pipeline weld heat affected zones, and the chemical composition of piping material was analyzed. The comprehensive analysis results showed that: the direct corrosion reason was carbon dioxide corrosion caused by the water sedimentation and erosion corrosion caused by the high velocity; the indirect reason was that the weld defect accelerated the corrosion process.
