摘 要:[目的]为了研究具有漆酶活性的新菌株的生长特性及其芽孢漆酶对各种染料的脱色效果。[方法]利用经典的形态学、生理生化反应特性和现代分子生物学的方法,对具有漆酶活性的菌株进行鉴定,研究温度、p H、Na Cl和Cu2+对菌株生长的影响,并且研究菌株的芽孢漆酶对常用染料的脱色效果。[结果]该菌株为芽孢杆菌属的细菌,被命名为Bacillus sp.10`ZS。菌株10`ZS的最适生长p H为6.0,最适生长温度为35℃,能耐受浓度6%Na Cl和0.6 mmol/L Cu2+。菌株10`ZS的芽孢漆酶对结晶紫和活性亮蓝的脱色率分别为87.9%和78.5%。[结论]菌株10`ZS具有耐盐和耐铜的特性,能在碱性条件下生长,其芽孢漆酶对三苯甲烷类和蒽醌类染料的脱色率较高。[ Objective ] The research aimed to uncover the growth characteristics of the strain and dye decolorization effect of the spore laccase. [ Method] The strain possessing laccase activity was identified by classical morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and modem molecular biology method. The effects of temperature, pH, NaC1 and Cu2+ on strain growth were determined. The dye decolorization effects of spore laccase were researched. [ Result] The strain 10ZS was identified as Bacillus sp. 10ZS. The optimum growth temperature and pH of the strain 10ZS was 35℃ and 6. O, respectively. The strain 10ZS survived 6% NaC1 and 0.6 mmol/L Cu2+. The spore laccase could decolorize crystal violet and remazol brilliant blue R 87.9% and 78.5%. [ Conclusion] The strain 10ZS had salt-tolerant and coppertolerant and could grew in alkaline condition. The spore laccase could decolorize triphenylmethane and anthraquinone dye more efficiently.
