烤烟大田生长过程中烟叶中丙二醛含量与碳氮代谢关键酶活性的相互关系

摘  要:为摸清烤烟在保山地区气候条件下的碳氮代谢规律,探索丙二醛含量与碳氮代谢关键酶间的相互关系,以品种k326为试验材料进行相关研究.试验结果表明,在移栽后0~50 d内,烟叶中硝酸还原酶、蔗糖转换酶活性均呈上升趋势,均在旺长期间表现为最为活跃,之后均呈现出下降趋势;在整个大田生长过程中,烟叶中丙二醛含量一直呈上升趋势,在0 ~65 d内变换幅度较小,但在65 ~80 d内含量急剧上升.相关性分析结果表明,烟叶中丙二醛含量与硝酸还原酶、蔗糖转换酶活性呈负相关关系,与硝酸还原酶活性/蔗糖转换酶活性的比值呈正相关关系,但均未达到显著水平.In order to find out the law of carbon and nitrogen metabolism of flue-cured tobacco under Baoshan climatic conditions, and probe the relationship between the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the key enzymes of carbon-nitrogen metabolism. The related studies were carried out with variety K326 as the test materials. The results indicated that : in 0 - 50 days after transplanting, the activity of nitrate reduc- tase and invertase showed an upward trend, and both appeared the most active in the flourishing period, after then, both showed a downward trend ; throughout the field growth process, MDA content in tobacco leaves had shown a rising trend ; in 0 -65 days, content increasing main- tained a lesser extent, but in 65 -80 days, a sharp rise emerged. Correlation analysis showed that: MDA content in tobacco leaves negatively correlates with nitrate reductase and invertase activity, and it's positively correlated with the ratio of nitrate reductase activity/invertase activ- ity, but the correlations dose not reaeh the significant level.
