摘 要:[目的]探索高致病白僵菌受自然环境影响条件下的生物学特性.[方法]研究外部环境条件对球孢白僵菌Bb01生长的影响及对青杨脊虎天牛幼虫致病力的影响.[结果]球孢白僵菌Bb01菌株的最适培养基为改良马丁氏培养基,菌落生长和产孢的最优培养温度为26℃,最佳湿度为100%,菌落的生长和孢子产量随着紫外线照射时间的延长而减少;球孢白僵菌Bh01对青杨脊虎天牛成虫的致病力不高,仅为16.67%;26 ~ 28℃条件下对青杨脊虎天牛幼虫的致病力最大,致死中时(LT50)分别为2.23和2.58 d,湿度在100%时致病力最大,LT50为2.57d;通过虫体传代白僵菌可增强菌株的致病力.[结论]试验结果为提高病原真菌的适应性和生产实践提供了理论依据.[ Objective] The aim was to biological characteristics of B. bassiana Bb01 strain under different culture conditions. [ Method ] Effects of external environment conditions on the growth of B. bassiana BbO1 strain and pathogenicity to Xylotrechus rust/cus L. were studied. [ Result] The improved Martins medium was suitable for the growth of BbO1 strain in B. bassiana. The best temperature and humidity for spores growth and production were 26℃ and 100%. The growth and production of spores were decreased with the extension of UV exposure. The virulence of BbO1 strain to X. rvzticus adult was low, only 16.67%. The highest virulence to X. rust/cus larvae appeared under 26℃ and 28 ℃, the LT50 values were 2.23 d and 2.58 d, respectively. On the other hand, Bb01 strain showed tile highest virulence to X. rusticus larvae at relative humidity 100% and LTso was 2.57 d. Strain virulence could be increased by spread ofX. rusticus larvae. [ Conclusion] The resuits provide theoretical basis for improving adaptation of pathogenic fungi. Key words Beauveria bassiana; Xylotrechus rusticus L. ; Biological characteristics
