摘  要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了硼对含锡20CrMnTi钢连续冷却转变的影响,同时研究了不同硼含量时该钢的淬透性。结果表明,硼含量为0.0092%时,该钢Ac3为844℃,冷速控制在0.2-1℃/s可获得均匀的铁素体+珠光体组织,冷速大于10℃/s时,钢中全为马氏体组织。硼能提高含锡20CrMnTi钢的淬透性,B由0.0015%增加到0.0090%时,淬透性虽略有变化,但总体差别不大。Effect of boron on the continuous cooling transformation of 20 CrMnTi steel containing tin was investigated by means of Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine. The hardenability of the tested steels with different boron contents was also measured. The results show that the Ac3 of 20CrMnTi steel containing tin is 844 ℃ when containing 0. 0092% boron. Uniform ferrite and pearlite microstructure can be obtained when the cooling rate is in the range of 0. 2-1 ℃ / s,when the cooling rate is more than 10 ℃ / s,the microstructure is only the martensite. Boron can increase the hardenability of 20 CrMnTi steel containing tin and the hardenability changes a little when the boron content is increased from 0. 0015% to 0. 0090%.
