摘  要:采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS数值模拟研究了激光冲击处理对2A11铝焊接结构残余应力的影响。结果表明,焊接后焊缝处存在较大的横向和纵向残余拉应力。经激光冲击处理后,焊缝处残余应力分布得到改善,由残余拉应力变为残余压应力。当激光冲击能量为12 J时,2A11铝焊缝处的横向、纵向残余压应力都达到最大值,表明只有合适的激光能量才会得到最大残余压应力值。当搭接率为50%时,得到了较理想的残余压应力值和应力分布,表明合适的搭接率才能得到最佳激光冲击效果。合理的选择激光冲击参数对2A11铝焊接结构残余应力大小和分布有重要的影响。Effect of laser shock processing( LSP) on welding residual stress of 2A11 aluminum alloy welded structure was investigated by numerical simulating based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that there is large horizontal and vertical residual tensile stress in the weld seam after welding. After laser shock processing,the residual stress distribution in the weld seam is improved,which is changed from the residual tensile stress to the residual compressive stress. When the laser shock energy is 12 J,the horizontal and vertical weld residual stresses of 2A11 aluminum alloy reach the maximum value,which indicates that the maximum residual compressive stress can be obtained by the proper laser energy. An appropriate residual compressive stress and stress distribution can be obtained when the overlapping ratio is 50%,which indicates that the optimal laser shock result can be gained by the appropriate overlapping ratio. The reasonable choice of laser shock processing parameters plays an important role in the value and distribution of the residual stress of 2A11 aluminum alloy welded structure.
