摘  要:为提高AZ61镁合金阳极的活化性能并抑制它的腐蚀,在MgSO4溶液中加入不同质量分数(0,0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,5.0%)的Na2MoO4配制电解液,研究了Na2MoO4对AZ61镁合金电化学行为的影响。结果表明:Na2MoO4能大幅抑制AZ61镁合金的腐蚀,并提高其活化程度;当Na2MoO4的质量分数为2.0%时,AZ61镁合金的缓蚀率高达68.4%,且活化程度最高,在-1.25V时的电流密度高达18.5mA·cm-2,开路电位和活化电位的负移程度均最大,分别为-1.39V和-1.37V;缓蚀剂Na2MoO4的缓蚀机理属于阳极抑制型缓蚀。In order to improve activation properties and prohibit corrosion of AZ61 magnesium alloy anode, some effects of Na2MoO4 on electrochemical behaviors of AZ61 magnesium alloy were studied in the MgSO4 solution added respectively by 0, 0. 5wt%, 1.0wtG, 2.0wtG and 5.0wt% Na2MoO4. The results show that Na2 MoO4 not only sharply prohibited corrosion of AZ61 magnesiuma alloy, hut also increased its activation degree. When the content of Na2 MoO4 was 2.0wt%, the corrosion-inhibition ratio of AZ61 magnesium alloy was 68.4% and the activation degree was the highest, the electric current density up to 18.5 mA cm-2 at -1.25 V, the negative shift of open circuit potential, activation electric potential were the largest, and they were - 1.39 V and -- 1.37 V, respectively. Inhibition mechanism of the inhibiter Na2 MoO4 was anode inhibiting corrosion.
