摘  要:在三种热输入条件下,用实心耐蚀焊丝对NSE36钢板进行焊接,并对接头进行了腐蚀试验和动电位极化曲线测试,用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了焊缝的显微组织、夹杂物和腐蚀形貌,研究了焊接热输入对焊缝耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在不同热输入条件下,焊缝主要由针状铁素体和少量先共析铁素体组成,随着热输入的增大,焊缝中针状铁素体含量减少;焊缝中夹杂物以锰、硅的复合氧化物为主,钛、铝的氧化物含量较少,而且其尺寸分布也极为相似;随着热输入的增大,焊缝的腐蚀倾向减小,腐蚀速率降低。NSE36 steel plates were welded using solid corrosion resistant welding wires in three kinds of heat input. Corrosion test and potentiodynamic polarization test were conducted to the welded joints. The effect of heat input on corrosion resistance of weld line was studied in terms of microstructure, inclusions and corrosion morphology of the weld line with OM, SEM and EDS. The results show that the microstructure of weld lines in different inputs mainly consisted of acicular ferrite and a little proeutectoid ferrite. The content of acicular ferrite in weld lines decreased with the heat input increasing. The dominant inclusions in weld metals were composite oxides of Mn and Si, and less Ti and A1. The size distribution of inclusions in three weld lines was similar. As the heat input increased, the corrosion tendency and corrosion rate decreased.
