放射性锶在鸡体内的行为规律及防治途径研究

摘　　要：将8 9+8 5SrCl2 通过饲料引入鸡体 ,研究了89+85Sr在鸡体内的吸收和积累的规律。结果表明 ,引入89+85SrCl2 6小时后 ,鸡体内各器官和组织中均有不同程度的较多放射性Sr存在 ,但滞留时间较短 ,引入 3天后 ,除骨、毛之外的其他部位均未能检测到放射性。Sr在骨中积累较多 ,且代谢缓慢。喂饲CaCl2 可以加快Sr的代谢 ,降低骨中放射性Sr的积累。A study on the rules of absorption and accumulation of 89+85 Sr in chicken was carried out. The results showed that radioactivity was detected in organ and tissue of chicken after 6 h of oral feeding 89+85 SrCl 2 in forage, but 89+85 Sr stayed in chicken for a short time and declined quickly. After 3 d, radioactivity was not detected in organ and tissue except bone and feather. 89+85 Sr in bone and feather stayed longer in comparison with other organs and 89+85 Sr in bone accumuled more than that in other organs. 89+85 Sr in bone metabolied and declined faster after oral feeding of CaCl 2 solution.
