摘　　要：目的 检测河南省男男同性恋、吸毒、女性性服务者、孕产妇和性病门诊男性就诊者人群2013年的HIV新发感染情况并计算发病率。方法 收集河南省2013年男男同性恋、吸毒者、女性性服务者、孕产妇和性病门诊男性就诊者人群的国家级哨点样本,通过酶联免疫和蛋白印迹实验检测出HIV-1感染的样本及相关信息,应用BED-Capture enzyme immunoassay（BED-CEIA）方法检测出其中的新发感染样本,估算新发感染率。结果 2013年河南省男男同性恋、女性性服务者和性病门诊男性就诊者的新发感染率分别为5.65%（95%CI：4.04-7.27）、1.03%（95%CI：0.35-2.34）和0.67%（95%CI：0.21-1.13）,吸毒者和孕产妇未发现BED阳性的感染者。结论 2013年河南省男男同性恋的HIV新发感染率高,应进行长期监测。Objective To estimate the human immunodeficiency virus（HIV-1）incidence of sentinel surveil ance（men who have sex with man,drug users, sex workers,pregnant women and Male STD clinic attenders）in Henan 2013. Methods Samples of the sentinel surveil ance（men who have sex with man,drug users,sex workers,pregnant women and Male STD clinic attenders）were col ected in 2013. HIV-1 positive samples were tested by ELISA and western blot and then used BED-capture enzyme immunoassay to identify the new-infected samples thereby the HIV-1 incidence was estimated. Results The HIV-1 incidence of the men who have sex with man,sex workers and Male STD clinic attenders sentinel surveil ance were 5.65%（95%CI：4.04-7.27）、1.03%（95%CI：0.35-2.34）and 0.67%（95%CI：0.21-1.13）,respectively,no BED positive case was found among drug users and pregnant women populations. Conclusion The HIV-1 incidence of men who have sex with man was high in Henan 2013,long-standing surveil ance was needed.
