综合管理方法在体检科管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合管理法在体检科管理中的作用和效果。方法对照组采取常规管理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合管理方法,对两组体检人员进行满意度调查。结果观察组较对照组的满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论观察组比对照组的情况要好,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明综合管理法应用于体检科管理是个很好的管理方法。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive management in the medical department management. Methods The control group adopted the method of conventional management,observation group adopted the integrated management method,satisfaction survey on two groups were compard. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The observation group is better than the control group of conditions,and the difference is statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. That the integrated management method is applied in a medical family management is a good way to management.
