术后刀口感染脂肪液化裂开放置负压引流管应用分析

摘　　要：目的 对术后刀口感染脂肪液化裂开放置负压引流管的应用效果进行分析。方法 选取2014年3月-2015年5月本院56例术后刀口感染脂肪液化裂开患者,将这56例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组28例患者,对观察组患者给予负压引流管引流,对对照组给予传统引流,治疗结束后对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果 对观察组患者给予无负压引流治疗后,住院时间（5±1.5）d,拆线时间为（3±1.5）d,术后出现1例感染,感染发生率为3.6%;对对照组患者给予传统引流治疗后,住院时间（14±1.5）d,拆线时间（7±1.5）d,术后出现7例感染,感染发生率为（25.0%）,两组患者治疗效果相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 术后刀口感染脂肪液化裂开放置负压引流管能有效地降低感染的发生,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of negative pressure drainage pipe in the fat liquefaction of incision infection after dehiscence. Methods 56 cases of postoperative infection of incision fat liquefaction dehiscence of patients from March 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,28 patients in each group,the observation group was treated with negative pressure drainage,the control group treated with traditional drainage,after the end of treatment the curative effects in the two groups compared. Results Of the patients in the observation group were given non negative pressure drainage in the treatment,hospitalization time（5±1.5）d,clearing time for（3±1.5）d,postoperative infection in 1 cases,the infection rate was 3.6%,in control group were treated with traditional drainage in the treatment,the hospitalization time（14±1.5）d,take out stitches（7±1.5）d,postoperative infection in 7 cases,the infection rate was（25.0%）,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared,difference is bigger,was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative infection of incision fat liquefaction of dehiscence of placing a negative pressure drainage tube can effectively reduce the infection,shorten the patient hospitalization time,improve the quality of life of patients.
