菌球清除肋间肌瓣移植术治疗重症肺结核合并曲菌球7例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析菌球清除肋间肌瓣移植术治疗重症空洞型肺结核合并曲菌球的疗效。方法选择7例不适合行肺切除术治疗的空洞型肺结核合并曲菌球患者,均行菌球清除肋间肌瓣移植术。结果 7例均一次手术治愈,无手术中和手术后死亡及并发症。结论菌球清除肋间肌瓣移植术治疗重症肺结核合并曲菌球效果显著。Objective To analysis the curative effect of fungus ball clear intercostals muscles flap transplantation in the treatment of severe type hollow pulmonary tuberculosis plus aspergilloma. Methods 7 cases of inadequacy lung resection treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis plus aspergillom,the fungus ball in removal of intercostals muscles flap transplantation. Results 7 cases were all cured,no surgery and deaths and complications after surgery. Conclusion The effect of fungus ball clear intercostals muscles flap transplantation to treat severe pulmonary tuberculosis plus aspergilloma is remarkable.
