双钢缆缝扎固定和AO钢丝张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的对比髌骨骨折采用双钢缆缝扎固定和AO钢丝张力带固定治疗的临床疗效。方法将52例髌骨骨折患者分为两组,对照组采用AO钢丝张力带固定治疗,治疗组采用双钢缆缝扎固定治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗优良率高于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论髌骨骨折采用双钢缆缝扎固定治疗效果显著。Objective To comparison clinical observation of double wire suture fixation and ao wire tension band fixation for treatment of patel ar fracture. Methods 52 cases of patel ar fracture patients were divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with AO tension band wire fixation, treatment group with double wire suture fixation. Results The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the operation time was shorter than the control group,the bleeding volume was less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patel a fracture with double cable joints with fixation effect significantly.
