摘　　要：目的分析阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎的发病机制及诊治方法。方法对25例阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎病例进行回顾分析。结果本组25例患者未使用药物治疗19例,痊愈15例,失访1例,3例转手术治疗;药物治疗6例,治愈3例,3例转手术治疗。结论提高对阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎的认识,减少误诊的发生,选择正确的治疗方法,防止过度医疗。Objective To analysis the penis sclerosing lymphangitis pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods 25 cases of penis sclerosing lymphangitis cases for retrospective analysis. Results 25 cases of patients did not use drug in the treatment of 19 cases,15 cases were cured,1 case was lost to follow-up,3 cases of surgery,drug treatment of 6 cases,3 patients were cured,3 cases of surgical treatment. Conclusion To improve the understanding of the penis sclerosing lymphangitis,reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis,choose the right treatment,prevent excessive medical treatment.
