摘　　要：目的 分析尼可地尔治疗心肌缺血的疗效。方法 研究对象取2014年4月-2015年4月本院心肌缺血44例,依照用药不同分组。22例用药为卡维地洛,入组对照组;在该基础上,实验组选择尼可地尔,共22例,观察疗效,组间比较。结果 用药1个月后,实验组在ST段压低的持续时间、次数及心肌缺血总负荷改善方面比较明显,且治疗有效率高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 尼可地尔对心肌缺血治疗效果佳。Objective Nicorandil medication effect in treatment of ischemic myocardium is to be studied. Methods Chose 44 patients of ischemic myocardium who were treated in hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different medication treatments,22 patients in control group that were given carvedilol medication treatment and 22 patients in study group were given additional nicorandil medication treatment, and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups. Results After one month of medication treatment,patients in study group had an improvement with regarding to duration and times of ST-segment depression and myocardial ischemia load,besides. Patients’treatment efficacy was quite favorable,there was a treatment differential between two groups（P〈0.05）,besides,patients’blood transfusion amount,bleeding-stop time and their hospitalization days in study group were much better than counterparts in control group,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nicorandil medication is effective in treatment of ischemic myocardium.
