常规超声结合超声造影用于甲状腺微小乳头状癌诊断效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究常规超声结合超声造影用于甲状腺微小乳头状癌的临床诊断效果。方法选取我院的79例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者,共计161个结节,术前对患者进行常规超声及超声造影检查,记录检查结果,术后行病理切片,与术前检查结果进行比较,对比分析超声造影特点及声像图表现,探究常规超声结合超声造影的临床诊断情况。结果 79例患者中,患甲状腺癌单发结节患者35例,患多发结节患者44例;经术后病例对照,超声诊断正确的患者为70例,准确率为88.61%;超声声像图显示,结节回声低,无包膜包裹,边缘较为模糊,形态规则性欠佳,后方回声减弱,部分结节血流不充足;经常规超声造影诊断显示,甲状腺微小乳头状癌结节不均匀增强,结节增强过程中仅少数结节表现为正常增强。结伦临床上采用常规超声联合超声造影对甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断效果比较理想,同时可以对结界内与周围甲状腺进行比较,可行性高。Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis effect of conventional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for thyroid papil ary carcinoma. Methods Selected our hospital 79 cases of thyroid papil ary carcinoma,a total of 161 nodes,conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination was performed preoperatively,record test results,the postoperative pathological section,compared with preoperative examination results,analysis of ultrasonic imaging characteristics and ultrasonographic manifestations. To explore the conventional ultrasound combined with the clinical diagnosis of ultrasonic imaging. Results 79 cases of patients,35 patients with the single nodule of thyroid cancers,with 44 patients with multiple nodules, after case-control,ultrasound diagnosis for 70 cases of patients with correctly,the accuracy was 88.61%,low,according to the ultrasonic ultrasonographic nodular echo,no envelope package,edge was relatively fuzzy,poor morphology regularity,rear echo was abate,blood flow to part of the nodules was not enough,by conventional ultrasound imaging diagnosis showed that thyroid papil ary carcinoma nodules uneven enhancement,nodular enhancement in the process of only a few nodules as normal. Conclusion Clinical y by routine ultrasound combined ultrasonic imaging to the diagnosis of thyroid papil ary carcinoma effect is ideal,as wel as comparing with thyroid around inside the enchantment,the feasibility is high.
