摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影技术在骨关节肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法对在我院就诊临床拟诊骨关节肿瘤的51例患者进行CTA检查,然后采用容积再现(VR)等图象重组方式显示肿瘤血管,分析运用肿瘤血管进行肿瘤良恶性鉴别的可行性。结果 22例恶性肿瘤共检出23支供血动脉,29例良性肿瘤仅有2例显示肿瘤血管。结论良恶性肿瘤的血管检出情况存在差异,肿瘤血管情况可以作为肿瘤良恶性预测的参考依据。Objective Explore the application value of multislice spiral computed tomography angiography（MSCTA）in diagnosis and treatment of bone-joint tumors. Methods 51 cases of clinical suspected bone-joint tumors patients were examine by CTA,then using image restructuring technique such as volume rendering（VR）showed tumor vessels. We evaluated the feasibility of identifying benign and malignant tumors by tumor vessels. Results It displayed 23 supplying arteries in 22 cases of malignant tumors and only 2 tumor vessels in 29 cases of benign tumors. Conclusion The situation of Benign and malignant tumor vessels detection existed remarkable difference. Tumor vessels can be used as references of prognosis of benign and malignant tumors.
