摘　　要：目的 了解我院病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法 对我院2015年4-6月所分离病原菌进行分析。结果 革兰阴性杆菌（G^-）占62%,革兰阳性球菌（G^＋）占31.4%,真菌占6.6%,病原菌感染位居前几位是大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、醋酸钙不动杆菌。结论 合理使用抗菌药物,减少细菌耐药性的产生。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in ourhospital. Methods Pathogens were isolated for analysis From Apirl to June in 2015. Results Gram-negative bacil i（G^-）accounted for 62%,Gram-positive coci（G^＋）accounted for 31.4%,fungi accounted for 6.6%, respectively. Pathogen infection among the top were escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,acinetobacter calcoaceticus. Conclusion The rational use of antibiotics to reduce the emergence of resistant pathogens.
