单鼻经蝶垂体瘤手术术中配合及护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨单鼻经蝶垂体瘤手术的术中配合以及护理措施。方法回顾总结我院32例单鼻经蝶垂体瘤手术手术患者的术中配合以及护理措施,观察患者护理效果。结果本组患者全部治愈,术后有轻度脑脊液漏出1例,经鼻腔填塞处理后自行愈合,平均手术时间(80.5±10.8)min,术中出血量平均(175.5±28.4)ml。结论单鼻经蝶垂体瘤手术具有良好的临床效果,拥有极高的治愈率,同时良好的手术术中配合以及全面精心的护理措施是保证单鼻经蝶垂体瘤手术圆满完成不可缺少的重要临床措施。Objective To investigate the cooperation and nursing care in the surgical operation of single nasal pituitary tumor. Methods We reviewed and summarized the nursing measures of 32 cases of single nasal surgery for patients with single nose,and observed the effect of nursing. Results Al the cases were cured,1 cases of postoperative mild cerebrospinal fluid leakage,nasal packing after healing. The average operation time（80.5±10.8）min, and the average bleeding volume was（175.5±28.4）ml. Conclusion Single nose and pituitary tumor surgery has good clinical effect,has a very high cure rate,and good operation and comprehensive care measures is also to ensure the successful completion of the single nasal pituitary tumor surgery is an important clinical measures.
