优质护理对痔疮患者术后疼痛和护理满意度的影响探析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对痔疮患者术后疼痛和护理满意度的影响。方法收集我院收治的44例痔疮患者,所有患者均需要使用手术方法实施治疗,对患者进行随机分组,每组各22例。对照组患者使用常规方法进行护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理。结果观察组患者术后的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组患者,术后满意程度评分高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在对痔疮患者实施护理的过程中,通过对其进行优质护理能够降低患者的术后疼痛症状并能够提升患者的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of patients with hemorrhoids. Methods 44 cases of hemorrhoids patients,al patients need to use the operation method to implement the treatment. The patients were randomly divided into 22 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional method,the observation group were treated with high quality nursing based on routine nursing. Results The postoperative VAS pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and al the differences were statistical y significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the process of the implementation of nursing care,the quality of the patients with high quality care can significantly reduce the postoperative pain symptoms and can significantly improve the patient satisfaction,in the process of clinical treatment of patients with hemorrhoids worthy of popularization and application.
