摘　　要：目的探讨手术室微创组专科化护理的优势。方法问卷调查医生对护理人员和患者对护理人员的满意度。结果手术室微创组专科化护理后各微创专科医生满意度提高(P<0.05),患者对护理人员的满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论手术室微创组专科化护理可提高手术室护理配合质量,加强护士的整体素质。Objective To explore the advantages of minimal y invasive surgery in operation room. Methods We took questionnaire survey on the satisfaction degree of doctor and patients for nursing staff. Results After taking minimal y invasive group specialized nursing in operation room,the minimal y invasive specialist doctors＇ satisfaction increased（P〈0.05）,and the degree of satisfaction of patients with nursing staff was also improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minimal y invasive group specialized nursing in operation room can improve the quality of nursing in operation room,and strengthen the overal quality of nurses.
