“西学中”培训中存在的问题分析

摘　　要：为了提高了西医医护人员的中医药基础理论和技能,很多中医院开展了西学中培训,为了了解西医医护人员对西学中培训的情况,对73名西医医护人员进行了调查,并对问卷结果进行了统计分析。大部分人认为学习中医较难,学习后掌握不够。笔者认为要提高西学中的培训效果,提高对中医院学习中医的认识;培养西医人员对学习中医的认知和兴趣;提供西学中专用教材的必要性;树立西学中成功的典范;提高西学中准入的门槛。In order to improve the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine medical staff skills, many hospital to carry out the training in the western, in order to understand the western medicine medical personnel training in the western, surveyed the 73 western medicine medical workers, and analyzed the result of the questionnaire. Most people think learning Chinese is more difficult, after learning to master enough. The author thinks that to improve training effect in western, improve the understanding of traditional Chinese learning traditional Chinese medicine, develop western medicine personnel TCM knowledge and interest in learning, provide the necessity of special materials in western, improve the threshold of the access in western.
