摘　　要：目的：分析剖宫产后经腹输卵管结扎术中并发症的发生情况与防范对策。方法回顾性分析我院于2010～2015年收治的392例剖宫产术后经腹输卵管结扎术患者的临床资料。结果392例患者中，有8例（2.04%）患者在术中出现并发症，其中输卵管系膜撕裂4例（1.02%），肠管损伤1例（0.26%），膀胱损伤1例（0.26%），输卵管断裂2例（0.51%）。结论剖宫产术后经腹输卵管结扎术要充分注意手术禁忌证及适应证，术中做到轻柔、准确，从而有效防范术中并发症的发生。Objective In order to analysis the complications and countermeasures of abdominal tubal ligation after cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis of Clinical data of 392 patients with abdominal tubal ligation after cesarean section in our hospital at 2010 to 2015. Results 392 cases of patients, 8 cases （2.04%） patients had complications during surgery, which mesosalpinx tear 4 cases （1.02%）, bowel injury in one case （0.26%）, bladder injury in one case （0.26%） tubal rupture in 2 cases （0.51%）. Conclusion Abdominal tubal ligation after cesarean section must pay full attention to contraindications and indications, done gentle, accurate during surgery, thereby effectively preventing the occurrence of surgical complications.
