摘　　要：目的：分析探讨血浆输注疗法在高脂血症胰腺炎治疗中的疗效。方法选择我院的高脂血症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，收治时间在2013年2月1日～2014年2月1日，共20例，使用数字抽签法将其分成实验组和对照组，各10例，对照组给予常规疗法，实验组在常规治疗基础上加用血浆输注疗法。结果实验组患者的治疗优势高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论血浆输注疗法可有效改善高脂血症胰腺炎患者的临床症状。Objective To study the curative effect of plasma infusion therapy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis. Methods Choice of hyperlipidemia in patients with acute pancreatitis as the research object, the treating time on February 1, 2013 to February 1, 2014, a total of 20 cases, using a digital lottery method will be divided into the experimental group and the control group, each 10 cases, control group given conventional treatment, the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with plasma infusion therapy. Results The treatment of patients with experimental group advantage is higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma infusion therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis.
