开放复位和手法复位治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折疗效对比

摘　　要：目的：通过客观评价开放复位和手法复位治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折疗效，重点总结提升桡骨远端关节内骨折病患治疗质量的临床方法。方法以随机方式选择本院2013年1月～2015年1月收取的10例桡骨远端关节内骨折病患（A 组），选择开放复位方案；同期选择10例桡骨远端关节内骨折病患（B 组），选择手法复位方案，在观察所有入选病患治疗情况的基础上，对各项数据进行客观比较。结果所有入选病患中，以掌倾角的丢失度数、尺偏角的丢失度数以及桡骨高度的丢失长度为指标，A 组与 B 组比较有差距（P ＜0.05）。结论基于桡骨远端关节内骨折病患，选择开放复位方案除了能够控制复位丢失度数以外，还能够改善机体的关节功能。Objective To evaluate open reduction and manual reduction treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal part of the radius curative effect, summarized to focus on increasing of intra-articular fractures of the distal part of the radius patients clinical treatment for quality. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, 10 cases of intra-articular distal radius fractures patients （group A）, choose open reduction scheme, Over the same period selected 10 cases of intra-articular distal radius fractures patients （group B）, select manual reduction plan, looking at all the patients condition, on the basis of objective assessment of the various data. Results All the patients, with the loss of palm inclination degree, the loss of the foot Angle degree and the loss of the radial height length as an index, the difference in their group A compared with group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on the intra-articular distal radius fractures patients, choose open reduction plan except to reset lost control degree, also can improve the joint function of the body.
