摘　　要：目的：探讨研究 ERCP 和 EPT 取石术后的近期并发症的预防以及相关的治疗体会。方法对2010年2月～2014年12月我院收治的80例行 ERCP 和 EPT 取石的患者，分析 ERCP 及 EPT 取石术后近期并发症的预防和治疗体会，降低患者并发症的产生，提高康复率。结果我院80例行 ERCP 和 EPT 取石术手术的成功率为100.00%，其中有11例（13.75%）有并发症，其中出现高淀粉酶血症为6例、出血2例（2.50%）、胆道感染2例（2.50%），其中没有死亡案例。结论ERCP 及 EPT 取石术是治疗胆道疾病的重要方法，但其为有创治疗技术会带来一定的近期并发症，所以探讨其并发症的预防和治疗体会具有临床意义。Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of ERCP and EPT in the treatment of postoperative complications. Methods 80 cases of ERCP and EPT were treated in our hospital from February 2010 to December 2014, and the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of ERCP and EPT were analyzed. Results The success rate of 80 cases of ERCP and EPT was 100%, 11 cases （13.75%） had complications, including 6 cases （2.50%）, 2 cases （2.50%）, 2 cases, no deaths. Conclusion ERCP and EPT is an important method in the treatment of biliary tract diseases, but it has certain recent complications, so it has great clinical significance to explore the prevention and treatment of complications.
