摘　　要：目的对非糖尿病专科患者使用胰岛素泵治疗的规范化管理进行探讨。方法选择我院非糖尿病专科收治的152例使用胰岛素泵控制血糖患者的临床资料。结果患者的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值以及糖化血红蛋白数值明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);无一例患者由于输注错误导致出现严重后果。结论对非糖尿病专科使用胰岛素泵治疗的患者实施规范化管理,能够有效改善患者血糖。Objective Non-diabetic patients using insulin pump therapy specialist standardized management were discussed. Methods In our hospital 152 cases of non-diabetic specialist using an insulin pump to control blood sugar in patients with clinical data. Results Fasting blood glucose level of the patient, 2h postprandial blood glucose level HbA1c was significantly lower than before treatment （P〈0.05）, None of the patients due to the infusion of error cause serious consequences. Conclusion The implementation of the non-specialist diabetes patients using insulin pump therapy standardized management, can improve blood sugar, can be extended.
