丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的临床效果。方法选取86例胫腓骨骨折患者,随机分成两组,对照组患者43例,采用甘露醇治疗,观察组43例,采用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和大腿、小腿的周径变化情况。结果经过7天用药后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,用药后3天和7天时观察组患者的大腿、小腿周径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液对于胫腓骨骨折导致的肢体肿胀,具有很好的治疗效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of Ligustrazine Injection in the treatment of limb swelling caused by fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods 86 cases of tibia and fibula fractures were randomly divided intotwo groups, the control group of patients with 43 cases, the observation group of 43 cases, the observation group with cases, compared with the treatment effect of the two groups of patients with the thigh and calf circumference. Results After 7 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group at 3 days and 7 clays after treatment, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection has good therapeutic effect on the limb swelling caused by fracture of tibia and fibula.
