摘　　要：目的探讨儿童呼吸道异物窒息危险因素及护理。方法回顾性分析60例呼吸道异物窒息患儿临床资料。结果危险因素有术前异物移位、术后喉头水肿及并发肺部感染造成呼吸窘迫。结论加强儿童健康教育,对危险因素采取预防性护理。Objective To explore the risk factors and nursing of respiratory tract foreign body in children. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases with respiratory tract foreign body were retrospectively analyzed. Results The risk factors of preoperative respiratory distress caused by foreign body displacement, laryngeal edema and postoperative pulmonary infection. Conclusion To strengthen the children＇s health education, to take preventive nursing care to the risk factors.
