浅谈放疗所致放射性皮炎的预防和护理分析

摘　　要：目的研究放疗所引起放射性皮炎的预防措施及护理分析。方法我院选择诊治的128例实施放疗的癌症患者,对其实施全面护理操作,观察护理干预的效果。结果通过对所选的128例患者进行分析,很少有患者出现放射性皮炎,出现放射性皮炎的程度明显缓解。结论对实施放疗的患者实施积极有效的护理操作,能够很好的降低其出现放射性皮炎的几率,降低其出现放射性皮炎的严重程度,帮助患者更好的完成放射治疗。Objective To study the preventive measures and nursing analysis of radiation dermatitis caused by radiotherapy. Methods 128 cases of cancer patients with radiotherapy in our hospital were selected, and the effect of nursing intervention was observed. Results 128 patients were analyzed, and there were few patients with radiation dermatitis, the degree of radiation dermatitis was significantly relieved. Conclusion The implementation of radiotherapy in patients with active and effective nursing operation, can be very good to reduce the risk of radiation dermatitis, and reduce the severity of radiation dermatitis, to help patients better complete radiotherapy.
