摘  要:采用生化测定的方法对苹果梨花芽分化期的核酸代谢进行了研究 ,结果表明 :花芽生理分化期核酸总量高 ,RNA高于 DNA,RNA/ DNA比值高 ,其核酸代谢模式为 :RNA双峰 ,第 1峰大于第 2峰 ,DNA单峰 ,在 RNA双峰之间 ,RNA/ DNA呈双峰 ,峰值出现时间与 RNA双峰相同 ,第 1峰远大于第 2峰 ;花芽形态分化过程中 ,RNA和 DNA变化动态相似 ,一直处于较高水平且呈增加趋势 ,RNA高于 DNA,雄蕊和雌蕊分化期含量最高 ,形态分化结束时降至最低。Studies on metabolism of Nucleic Acid in Pingguo-pear tree flower-bud differentiation stage by biochemical measurement.The results demonstrated:in the phygiological differentiation stage,high Nuceeic Acid content,RNA higher than DNA and high RNA/DNA ratio in flower-bud.The metabolic pattern of Nucleic Acid was:RNA showed two peaks and the first peak higher than the second one,DNA showed single peak in the middle of two peaks of RNA,RNA/DNA ratio showed two peaks,the first is higher than the second and the time of the peaks appearing is the same as RNA.In the morphological differentiation stage,in flower-bud,the dynamics of RNA and DNA was alike,RNA higher than DNA and always kept higher levels and appeared increasing trend,those levels were the highest in the period of stamen and pistil primordium differentiation profusely and the lowest at the end of morphological differentiation.
