摘　　要：通过在普通车床上安装检测元件,并应用工业无线通信技术与网络技术,构建普通车床安全保护集成控制系统。此系统不仅能实现车削加工过程的安全保护,还能对车床群组进行集中和远程控制,方便了管理者对现场的有效监管,在学校和制造企业中具有广泛的应用前景。By using the detecting element,industrial wireless communication and network technology are used to construct an integrated control system for safety protection of lathe. The system not only can realize safety protection of turning,but also can achieve centralized control and remote maneuvering on lathe group. This improvement is convenient for manager ＇s on-site supervision. The system has wide application prospect in schools and manufacturing enterprises.
