摘 要:为了实现炼钢厂生产组织优化和动态有序运行,提出科学合理的周转钢包数量计算模型。以Q炼钢厂为研究对象,解析钢包周转模式,根据炼钢厂运行的"炉机匹配"原则,基于甘特图分析了转炉-连铸生产节奏与周转钢包数量间的关系,提出一定炉机匹配模式下的周转钢包数量计算模型。研究表明:缩短钢包周转柔性时间和浇次间重合时间,均可减少周转钢包数量。In order to optimize the production organization and dynamic-orderly operation in the steel-making plant,a scientifically reasonable calculation model for the number of turnover ladles was proposed. The turnover process of steel ladles was analyzed in Q steel-making plant. Based on furnace-caster matching principle,the relationship between the production rhythm of furnace-caster and the number of turnover ladles was analyzed with Gantt chart. A calculation model for the number of turnover ladles was proposed for some specific modes of furnace-caster matching. The research showed that the number of turnover ladles can be reduced by shortening flexible time of turnover ladles and overlap time between casting heats.
