摘 要:以Al2O3、SiO2、Na2CO3、CaF2为原料,采用传统高温熔融工艺制备了氟氧基质玻璃。通过优化热处理制度,制得富含CaF2微晶的Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O-CaF2系氟氧微晶玻璃,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了热处理制度对氟氧微晶玻璃晶化行为及微观结构的影响。结果表明:随着热处理时间及温度的增加,CaF2微晶析出相的含量及晶粒尺寸都在增大,当温度超过670℃时,由于CaF2晶粒尺寸过大,导致微晶玻璃失透;此外在670℃下,当热处理时间为5 h时,基体玻璃中除了球状CaF2晶粒外,还析出了较大晶粒尺寸(约1 um)的棒状AlF3晶体,一定程度上导致微晶玻璃失透。Using Al2O3. SiO2. Na2CO3. CaF2 as raw material, CaF2-rich glass-ceramics were prepared under different heat treatment systems, through high temperature melting and annealing process. The influence of heat treatment on the crystallization behavior and microstructure of glass-ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the grain size and content of microcrystalline precipitates CaF2 were increasing with the increase of the heat treatment time and temperature. Especially, When the temperature exceeds 670 ℃, due CaF2 grain size is too large, resulting in devitrification in glass-ceramics besides, Under 670 ℃, when the heat treatment time is 5h, In addition to the spherical CaF2 crystal in base glass, there is a precipitation of larger grain size (about 1 urn) A1F3 rod-shaped crystals, which resulting in devitrification of the glass ceramics to some extent.
