摘 要:为了研究铁磷酸玻璃对氧化物的包容特性及其热稳定性,本文采用熔融-冷却法制备xTiO2-(40-0.8x)Fe2O3-(60-0.2x)P2O5(0≤x≤15 mol%)系列玻璃,利用XRD、FTIR和Raman光谱等对样品的微观结构进行分析,利用热分析曲线研究了玻璃的热稳定性,并测试了玻璃密度和维氏硬度。结果表明:玻璃体系为焦磷酸盐结构,当TiO2含量小于8 mol%时,参与了玻璃微结构网络形成,提高了玻璃微观结构强度,增强了玻璃结构的内聚力,过量时生成TiP2O7晶相。玻璃样品中,TiO2对密度影响不大但增大了表面硬度。In this paper glass samples with composition xTiO2-(40-0.8x)Fe2O3-(60-0.2x)P2O2 (0 ≤x≤15 mol%) have been prepared by the melt quench method to study the inclusion characteristics and thermostability of iron phosphate glass for oxide. The structure of the studied glasses have been investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and Raman spectra. The thermostability of glasses have been investigated by thermal analysis curve. Glass density and Vickers hardness have been measured. It turned out that the glass system mainly were the structure of pyrophosphate. TiO2, whose content was under 8 mol%, participated in the network to form glass microstructure, enhanced the cohesion of the glass structure, and formed TiP2O7 crystalline phase when it was excessive. In the glass samples, the addition of TiO2 had little influence on density, however, it increased the surface hardness.
