摘  要:以高岭土尾矿、铝厂污泥和镍渣为主要原料进行合成堇青石的研究,用XRD和SEM表征各试样的晶相结构和显微结构,用内标半定量法确定各晶相的含量,用X pert plus软件确定各晶相的晶胞参数和晶胞体积。结果表明,在1350℃烧成温度下,保温3 h时,样品中以堇青石晶相为主,其中1#和2#样品还存在莫来石和尖晶石,3#~5#样品只有堇青石和尖晶石两个晶相,同时研究表明镍渣原料中较高含量的Ca O可能对堇青石的晶相结构变化产生影响。The cordierite synthesized with clay tailings, sludge and nickel smelter slag had been investigated in this paper. The phases composition of cordierite was tested by XRD method, the miscrostructure was tested by SEM and the cell parameter was tested by X pert plus. The results showed that there was the cordierite, which was the main crystalline phase, in the samples of which 1# and 2#samples existed mullite and spinel additionally, and 3# -5# sample existed only cordierite and spinel crystal phase. Meanwhile the results showed that the higher CaO content in nickel slag maybe had an impact on the structural change of the crystal phase of cordierite.
