高校辅导员在大学生心理危机干预中的作用探析

摘　　要：当前大学生心理危机问题已经成为社会公众的关注焦点,对其进行心理危机干预既是大学生成长发展的需要,也是维护高校稳定的需要。作为学生管理的一线工作者,高校辅导员在了解问题的及时性和心理危机后干预等方面具有独特优势,但同时也存在一些不足。辅导员在进行心理危机干预时应掌握相应策略,充分发挥自身优势提升大学生心理健康水平。The psychological crisis of the current university stu-dents has become a focus of the society. To implement psycho-logical crisis intervention is not only the need of university stu-dents＇ growth and development, but also the need of maintaining university stability. As forefront workers for student management, university counselors have unique advantages in timely learning about problems and psychological crisis intervention, but there are still some shortcomings. In psychological crisis intervention, counselors should master corresponding strategies and give full play to their own advantages, so as to improve the psychological health level of university students.
