急性肾损伤患者胱抑素C与甲状腺激素的相关性分析

摘  要:目的探讨重症监护病房(ICU)急性肾损伤患者甲状腺激素与胱抑素(Cys)C的相关性。方法检测98例患者发生急性肾损伤时的甲状腺激素与血浆和尿液中的Cys C水平,分析Cys C与甲状腺激素的相关性。结果TT3、FT3与血浆Cys C呈负相关,相关系数分别为TT3:r=-0.420,P<0.001;FT3:r=-0.301,P=0.003。而FT4与血浆和尿液Cys C呈正相关,相关系数分别为r=0.610,P<0.001;r=-0.289,P=0.004。结论临床应用Cys C判定急性肾损伤的发生需考虑甲状腺功能对急性肾损伤患者Cys C的影响。Objective To determine the correlation between thyroid hormones and Cystatin ( Cys)C in critically ill patients with acute kidney injury ( AKI). Methods We assessed the levels of thyroid hormones and Cys C in patients with AKI and analyzed the relationship between them. Results Correlation analyzed showed q33 and b-q3 had negative correlations with plasma Cys C, the correlation coefficients were TT3: -0. 420, P〈0. 001 ; FT3:-0. 301, P = 0. 003, respectively. However, FT4 had positive correlation with plasma Cys C ( r = -0.289, P = 0. 004 ) and urine Cys C ( r = -0.289, P = 0. 004 ). Conclusion The relationship between thyroid hormones and Cys C needs to be considered when it is used to diagnose AKI.
