地方院校与所在城市文化软实力建设关系研究——以绥化学院为例

摘　　要：我国地方新建本科院校647所,覆盖了一大部分的二、三线城市。研究表明,这些地方大学与所在城市文化软实力建设密切相连。以绥化学院和绥化市文化软实力发展为研究对象,分析两者之间的关系以及存在的问题。指出绥化学院在城市文化、城市文明与城市精神等多个方面推动着绥化市文化软实力的建设与发展,同时绥化市对绥化学院的发展也发挥了重要作用,然而两者的相互支持与促进存在不协调现象,需要两者进一步增进交流、整合机制、密切合作,才能实现最优互惠互利。There are 647 newly-built local colleges and universities in China, covering the majority of the second or third tier cities. The research shows that these local universities and their home cities are closely connected in the aspect of cultural soft power construction. Taking Suihua University and the development of Suihua cultural soft power as the research object, the paper analyzes the relationship between them and the existing problems. It points out that Suihua University is pushing the construction and development of Suihua cultural soft power in the aspects of city culture, city civilization and city spirit. And Suihua City also plays an important role in the development of Suihua University; however, there are disharmonious phenomena in mutual support. Both sides need to further enhance exchanges, integration mechanism, and close cooperation in order to achieve optimal mutual benefit.
