摘　　要：研究证实心脏中有干细胞的存在,并分离出一组特异的亚细胞群,称为"侧群"细胞。该细胞群具有增殖、分化为心肌细胞的能力。本文对心脏侧群细胞的分选、表面标记、功能及其分子调节作一综述。Recent studies have shown that side population （SP） cells, isolated from adult myocardium, represent a distinct cardiac progenitor cell population that exhibits functional cardiomyogenic differentiation. In this paper, a brief review was made of the sorting, surface marker, function and molecular regulator of cardiac side population cells.
