河南省上市公司资本结构影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：利用河南省67家上市公司1995—2013年的相关数据,考察河南省上市公司资本结构的影响因素。实证结果表明,公司规模、资产担保价值与上市公司资本结构显著正相关,盈利能力、破产风险及控股股东控制权与公司资本结构显著负相关。同时,随着公司成长性的提高,资产负债率呈递减趋势,但这种趋势并不特别明显。The paper examines the influence factors of the capital structure of the listing corporations in Henan Province by using the relevant data of 67 listing corporations there from 1995 to 2013.Empirical results show that the size of the company,the value of asset security and the capital structure of the listing corporations are of significantly positive correlation,and that the profitability,the risk of bankruptcy and controlling shareholders’rights and the capital structure of the company are of significantly negative correlation.At the same time, it is found that asset liability ratio decreases with the growth of the company,but this trend is not particularly evident.
