音乐疗法对临终肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨音乐疗法对临终肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响。方法 :选择2014年1-10月舒缓疗护病区癌症患者100例,分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,试验组增加音乐疗法干预,每次30min,每天1次。结果:干预后试验组癌因性疲乏程度较干预前明显减轻(P<0.05);总体生活质量为(46±13.11)分,高于对照组的(36±8.84)分(Z=-4.276,P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法可消除临终肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏或缓解疲乏程度,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To discuss the influence of the music therapy on the cancer-related fatigue and life quality of the terminal tumor patients. Methods： From Jan. to Oct. 2014, 100 cancer patients in the hospice care ward were selected and divided into a test group and a control one with 50 cases each. The control group was given the conventional treatment and care, and the test group was added with the music therapy intervention, 30 minutes each time, 1 time/d. Results： The degree of the cancer- related fatigue was significantly reduced after the intervention than before in the experimental group （P〈0.05）, and the overall quality of the life was （46±13.11） points which was higher than （36 ±8.84） points in the control group, （Z=-4.276, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The music therapy can eliminate the cancer-related fatigue or alleviate tiredness level of the terminal tumor patients so as to improve their life quality.
