布洛芬联合风湿液治疗膝骨关节炎38例的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探索布洛芬缓释胶囊联合中药风湿液治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及胃肠道安全性。方法将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组20例。治疗组采用布洛芬联合风湿液治疗,对照组采用布洛芬单独治疗,观察2周。以VAS评分和Lequesne指数作为疗效评价指标。胃肠道安全性通过胃肠道不良反应的发生率、种类及频次评价。结果联合用药组疗效优于单独用药组,且存在统计学差异;但联合用药组不良反应发生率并未增加。结论布洛芬联合风湿液口服用药,可有效增强对于膝骨关节炎的治疗效果,但同时不增加胃肠道不良反应的发生率。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsule Com- bined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 cases of knee osteo- arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases and 40 cases. The treat- ment group was treated with ibuprofen combined with rheumatism, and the control group was treated with ibuprofen alone, for 2 weeks. VAS score and Lequesne index were used as the evaluation index of curative effect. The incidence, type and frequency of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in gastrointestinal tract. Re- sults The efficacy of combined treatment group was better than that of single medication group, and there were significant differences, but the incidence of adverse reactions was not increased. Conclusion Ibuprofen combined with liquid oral medication can effectively enhance the treatment effect, but at the same time, it does not increase the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.
